Brownie Batter Latte
Tastes like licking the spoon clean after mixing a batch of brownie batter!
Ingredients
- 2 shotsEspresso
- 3/4 ozSalted Egg Yolk Syrup
- 1/4 ozCocoa Powder
- 6 1/4 ozOat Milk
- a pinchSea Salt
Directions
- 1Add the salted egg yolk syrup, cocoa powder, and sea salt to a small glass, then pull a double shot of espresso directly over so they dissolve as it pours, then stir to combine.
- 2Fill your glass of choice with ice, then pour in the oat milk.
- 3Pour the syrup and espresso mixture over the milk and serve.
