A browned butter syrup steeped with cardamom — built to taste like a cardamom bun.
Ingredients
- 2.82 ozSugar
- 1.76 ozWater
- 0.71 ozButter
- 0.35 ozCardamom
Directions
- 1Brown the butter.
- 2Add all ingredients.
- 3Stir and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 4Strain.
- 5Cool completely before putting on the lid.
- 6Refrigerate.
- 7Butter may solidify at the top — scrape it off.
