- 5 1/4 ozBoiling Water
Maple Matcha Cloud
- 1 1/2 ozHeavy Cream
- 2gMatcha
- 1 1/2 ozMaple Syrup
Directions
Earl Grey Tea
- 1Steep the earl grey tea bag in the boiling water for a few minutes.
Maple Matcha Cloud
- 2Froth the matcha with the heavy cream and maple syrup, to taste, until smooth.
Assemble
- 3Pour the earl grey tea over ice and top with the maple matcha cloud.
