- 5 ozBoiling Water
Maple Matcha Cloud
- 1.35 fl ozHeavy Cream
- 0.07 ozMatcha
- ~2 tbsp, adjust to tasteMaple Syrup
Directions
Earl Grey Tea
- 1Steep the earl grey tea bag in the boiling water for a few minutes.
Maple Matcha Cloud
Froth the matcha with the heavy cream and maple syrup, to taste, until smooth.
Assemble
- 3Pour the earl grey tea over ice and top with the maple matcha cloud.
